Return / Exchange Policy
Under what conditions can you exchange a product?
With the exception of personalized designs (such as models with name engravings) and wedding rings, we offer a one-time exchange for all products. If the reason for exchange is due to a product defect, the shipping costs will be covered by us. However, if the exchange is for any other reason, the shipping costs will be your responsibility. Please note that in case of a return or exchange, the product should be shipped to our location in Turkey.
To be eligible for an exchange, your purchase must meet the following conditions:
- You must return the product with its invoice within one week of the delivery date.
- If there is no defect caused by our company, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs.
- The product must be unused.
- All accessories must be returned along with the product.
- You are entitled to a one-time exchange only.
- If there is any manufacturing defect in personalized designs, it will be compensated but not eligible for return or exchange.
What are the conditions for a return?
We do not accept returns for personalized design products. If the reason for the return is due to a product defect, the shipping costs will be covered by us. However, if the return is for any other reason, the shipping costs will be your responsibility.
What is the return period?
You may return the product within seven (7) days of the delivery date, stating the reason for the return.
What are the return requirements?
The following items must be complete in the product to be returned. If any of these items are missing, the product will not be accepted for return:
- Invoice of the product
- The box and packaging of the product that will be returned within 7 days
- If there are any standard accessories, they should also be returned with the product.
- The product will be examined by our team and will be accepted for return only if it is undamaged, unused, and complete. Returns will not be accepted for used products, missing accessories, or packaging. Return payments will be made every Friday. The time for the refund to be credited to your account may vary between 1-3 weeks depending on your bank’s policy for credit card payments. For EFT/Wire Transfer payments, the refund amount will be transferred to the IBAN number you provide on the first Thursday after your return request is accepted.
How do I return a product?
Before sending the product back to us, please inform us of your return request via email or WhatsApp. In case of a product defect caused by us, there will be no shipping cost deductions (round trip). However, if there is no product defect, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount (round trip). We do not accept cash on delivery returns. If products returned to our technical service comply with our return policy, the product price will be refunded on the day it is received.
Please note that in case of a return or exchange, the product should be shipped to our location in Turkey.
